The exchange policy is to ensure maximum benefits for customers when buying products provided by Pikom, specifically as follows: 1. Exchange products Customers can exchange products if the product is not used and must be checked and confirmed by our technical staff. 2. Application period: No more than 5 days from the date of receipt. 3. Conditions for accepting exchanges - Goods are identified purchased at us (based on the purchase invoice and the identification stamp affixed on the product) - Goods are confirmed to have technical defects by our Technician - Goods still have the seal (not torn or glued) of the manufacturer or our stamp, - Goods received are not defective in form (scratched, dented, yellowed, broken ...) - Returned goods must have all accessories and gifts attached - Goods received back must ensure full packaging, foam, .. (except glued film, plastic film ...) - Goods upon receipt must be fully enclosed with documents (VAT invoice, Warranty card, Manual, Brochure/Catalog...).
